Chinese Hamburger Casserole (perfect for a pantry meal)

Chinese Hamburger Casserole    from   Aunt Roma’s

1 ½ lbs. ground beef
1 c. chopped celery
1 lrg onion, diced
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
 2 Tbsp soy sauce (or Worchester Sauce)
¾ c. uncooked rice
2 ¼ c. warm water
¾ C. chow mein noodles

Brown ground beef, onion & celery.  Place rest of ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.  Place mixture in a large casserole, cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake an additional 30 minutes (Last 10 minutes, stir in chow mein noodles)

To convert to a Home Storage Meal 

Use freeze dried hamburger
Dried celery
Dried onion
